Slush drinks, namely, non-alcoholic slush soft drinks and fruit-based beverages, frozen carbonated and non-carbonated, nonalcoholic frozen flavored beverages flavored with fruit and tea (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations); non-alcoholic slush drinks mixes being cocktail mixers used to make frozen slush drinks, non-alcoholic frozen and semi-frozen cocktail bases; concentrates and mixes used in the preparation of making frozen and semi-frozen non-alcoholic slush frozen flavored beverages, namely, fruit drinks and non-alcoholic beverages flavored with fruit or tea.
