To collaborate with the chemistry department of academic institutions to integrate one or two business-focused courses such as "Innovation Management, Business Ethics, and Negotiations" into graduate (Ph.D. level) chemistry programs, preparing future chemists for diverse career paths. Please note - the current curriculum includes only chemistry-based courses. 5. To establish a digital community platform to connect employers, professionals with sales/BD with chemistry backgrounds, and chemists aspiring to enter sales/BD, promoting a supportive network for career growth. 6. To provide networking opportunities and success stories for scientists aiming for sales/BD roles, through a community of professionals who have successfully navigated this transition. 7. To offer specialized training and educational programs focused on equipping scientists with the necessary sales, marketing, and BD skills to excel in the chemical industry.
