Computer software: automated AC interference analysis, computing voltages and currents transferred from electric power lines and cables (by inductive, capacitive and through-earth coupling) to pipelines, railways, communication lines and other such utilities, whether buried or aboveground. It models complex arragements of buried and aboveground conductors and computes currents and voltages resulting on every utility modeled, including conductors associated with the power line, for normal (load) and fault conditions. It models simple and multi-component conductors, including bare or coated pipes and pipe-enclosed cable systems buried in soil. It provides an array of cost-effective solutions for problems ranging from simple interference analyses to the behavior of complex networks of aboveground and buried conductors energized by fault currents. It also includes the analysis of soil resistivity measurements, the analysis of electric grounding systems, the calculation of transmission line parameters, the analysis of cathodic protection systems, the analysis of lightning shielding systems, the analysis of electromagnetic fields associated with energized electric conductor systems, and the calculation of corona parameters (loss, radio interference, audible noise).
