Business development namely sales lead development namely client and customer lead generation services (identifying what businesses could be potential clients or customers of a client of the applicant, and having some very preliminary contact with such businesses to verify the correctness of the conclusion from the preliminary identification that they could be potential clients or customers, and to identify persons within such businesses for further contact by the client of the applicant) such lead development being on the scale of finding significantly-sized business customer leads who would become long-term clients and upon becoming clients, expend hundreds of thousands of dollars purchasing services from the Applicant's clients each year of the relationship; business development services namely lead generation services being for, and only for, businesses of a specific type namely: "B to B Businesses" (businesses that provide services to other businesses, not businesses that provide products or services to consumers) (such lead development being on the scale of finding significantly-sized business potential clients who would, upon becoming clients, become long term clients expending hundreds of thousands of dollars in each year of the relationship) wherein such service begins with obtaining an understanding of the B to B Business and ends upon the generation of a potential client or customer lead for the B to B Business such services being lead generation services only and therefore such services excluding any personal meetings or any other contact including direct meetings with potential clients and customers for the purpose of confirming a possible business services opportunity or for entering into a business services agreement, excluding any services in the nature of customer relationship management or communication with clients or customers of any kind, and excluding any promotional services in the nature of promoting a business to potential clients or customers
