Pie Bhaji, a Vegan / Plant Based pie with a filling made from a mix of mashed & spiced vegetables that is covered with puff pastry all round. The name originates from Pav Bhaji, a famous street food from Mumbai which is also based on a a mix of of mashed & spiced vegetables served on a bread roll (the Pav). Our version is based on our own special spices and replaces the bread roll with pie covering made from puff pastry
