The mark consists of a wide black Maltese cross, with its flared edges being trimmed with a narrow white border and is set against an overall black background. Within the body of the cross, near the top edge appears a stylized red letter "V" superimposed on a red stylized numerical character "8", and near the bottom edge of the interior of the cross, stylized red characters "C.C" are displayed. The upper three points of the cross are surrounded by wide red stripes which taper as they approach the bottom point or tip of both the right and left side points of the cross. The red stylized word "Crossmembers" appears on the top of the logo outside of the cross, not touching the edges of the cross, and the red stylized words "Car Club" on the first line and "Downers Grove" directly underneath, on the second line, appear at the bottom of the logo outside of the cross, not touching the edges of the cross.
