| Customizable metal stands specially adapted for use with point-of-sale... Class 009 Class 009 Computer & Software Products & Electrical & Scientific Products The mark consists of the upper case letters "MPS", in a bold-faced type, which are centered above the words "Modular Pole Systems" in a smaller-sized font. To the left of the verbal portion of the mark is a square with rounded corners. Starting at the left side of the square and extending to the right are three equally-spaced horizontal lines which end where they intersect with the left-hand corner of an inner square. The inner square, formed by heavy lines, is turned 45 degrees so that it appears to be resting on the bottom corner which is cut off at a 45-degree angle by the lower edge of the outer square. The inner edges of the inner square are notched in such a way that it creates the appearance of puzzle pieces fitting together with dovetail joints. The top, left and bottom corners of the inner square form arrows pointing outward. The arrows which point up and down have the tips cut off by the top and bottom edges of the outer square with the rounded corners. The corner of the inner square pointing to the viewer's left points to the center of the three equally-spaced horizontal lines. The corner pointing to the viewer's right is cut off at a 45-degree angle below where the arrow would be formed by the intersection of the dovetail joints. | |
