Below the shield are two ribbons, one ribbon bearing the Greek alphabet letters "PHI BETA SIGMA" and one ribbon bearing the text "FOUNDED 1914". Above the shield is a representation of a flying dove with a background representation of rays of light. The shield is surrounded by a circle bearing the words "PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY, INC." above three stars on the left side and three curved bars on the right side. The bottom portion of the circle bears the words "BROTHERHOOD SCHOLARSHIP SERVICE" separated by two circular bullet points.
