The mark consists of a hexagon shape with border lines that are solidly shaded and with the top right and top left border lines being irregularly shaded and within which appears two irregularly shaped and solidly shaded rectangles which are the mirror image of one another, and positioned between the two irregularly shaped solidly shaded rectangles appears the letters "JSCE" in a stylized font and beneath the letters "JSCE" appears the word "GLOBAL" in a stylized font, and to the left of the letter "G" and to the right of the second letter "L" in the word "GLOBAL" appears a small solidly shaded square shape, and to the left of the letter "J" in "JSCE" appears the solidly shaded image of two revolvers which are crossed at their barrels, and to the right of the letter "E" in "JSCE" appears the solidly shaded image of a rider wearing a hat and with one arm extended astride a bucking horse.
