As further stated, we DO NOT claim any more the background, the letters of 'CHICKEN UNIVERSITY' and the non-Latin (Korean) letters, and therefore, the mark we hereby claim consists only of one full side of a chicken, with the head facing left, wearing a backpack with a shoulder strap, all in black and white.) We provide detailed description as follows: The chicken's comb is a right-angled triangle shape with its hypotenuse side being squiggly like an extended letter S. The comb is surrounded by a thick border in black outlining the shape of the comb. There is an image in the shape of a shoe on the back of the chicken meant to depict a backpack. It is surrounded by a thick black border outlining the shape of the backpack.
