The mark consists of a gold eagle, with a white head, black eye, red tongue, and gold beak, with wings spread and with a shield outlined in gold and filled with red and white alternating vertical stripes and with a blue rectangular ribbon with a white star in the upper center of the shield.  Overlapping the bottom of the shield and eagle is the large stylized text "H1H"with the "H"s being black with gold and black outline  and the "1" in gold.  Below "H1H" are two horizontal bars with gold fill and black outline with the stylized wording "HENSCHEL HAT COMPANY" being gold filled and black outlined in between the two horizontal bars. Underneath the bottom horizontal bar is the stylized wording "SINCE 1947" being gold filled and black outlined.

The mark consists of two stylized "H"s with the first "H" on left having the bottom right leg cut off and the second "H" having the top left leg cut off. The first "H" has a tilted hat hanging from top left leg. The stylized wording "HAT HABIT" is below the two "H"s.
