The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods, namely, a brown beer bottle with gold bottle top with a brownish tan label with gold border surrounding the neck of the bottle with a circle containing a black clipper ship in a harbor on a brownish tan background. Surrounding the circle appears the design of tan stalks of wheat, and in the blue border around the ship appears the words "SACKETS HARBOR BREWING CO." in white. Below the circle appears the words "est. 1995" in tan. There is a label affixed to the body of the bottle with wording "WAR OF 1812 AMBER ALE" that is divided into two sections, one in tan and one in brownish tan below.
