The mark consists of a circle, inside of which appears a crest design. A lion on his hind legs appears on the left of the shield and a unicorn on his hind legs appears on the right of the shield. The shield is surmounted by a coronet, upon which sits three masked helmets, each with a three pronged crown on top. On the left sided helmet the crown holds a lyre with a star; the middle masked helmet holds an eagle, and three plumes feathers emerge from the right sided helmet. The shield is divided into four quarters. On the upper left quarter an eagle appears; the upper right and lower left quarters each contain a forearm and hand holding three arrows; the right quarter holds a lion. A banner design that holds a wheel appears in the center of the shield. The entire crest is supported by a ribbon design and ornamental leaf branches. The words "CONCORDIA INTEGRITAS-INDUSTRIA" appears below the ribbon design but enclosed in the circle.
