In the statement, Column 2, line 6, "1-16-2023" should be deleted, and 12-24-2012 should be inserted.

The mark consists of two different sized rectangles with cut corners, both outlined in green and white and the larger rectangle containing a background consisting of little green and white ovals with the words "BRANCA EMERALD" appearing in green. The smaller rectangle is on top and contains the word "BRANCA" in green, and appearing on top of a green band outlined in gold with the word "EMERALD" in large white font. The following wording appears in the larger bottom rectangle, and is superimposed on the ovals: the words "MINT LIQUEUR" in dark green font are superimposed over the words "FRATELLI BRANCA BRANCA EMERALD MILANO" in white font and outlined in green. In the center of the bottom rectangle there is the wording "BRANCA" in green in a green circle filled with small green squares and green and white olive branches on both sides of the circle. The two rectangles are separated by a solid band in black. The band is divided in half by an oval containing a building which appears in orange, yellow, red, brown and dark green. The colors black, white, cyan, light blue, green and gray denoting the building's surroundings appear in the oval. A light blue sky is in the background, and the building casts a gray shadow. The word "MILANO" appears in green and runs across the sky above the building.

The mark consists of a brown eagle holding a brown bottle with an orange label in its right claw and the eagle is sitting on a tilted blue globe. Across the globe is a red band with word "BRANCA" in white. The wording "Flli. Branca Milano" in yellow outlined in white appears below the band in cursive. The eagle and globe are encircled by a cyan, light blue, white, yellow and orange sky and on the bottom of the circle appears blue and white clouds. The circle with the eagle and globe sits on a gold and white band with the wording "CASA FONDATA NEL 1845" in black lettering going across. Below the circle and band appears a larger rectangle with cut corners. The rectangle is comprised of a background consisting of little light green and white ovals with the wording "BRANCA EMERALD" appearing in light green. The word "BRANCA" in large green font appears over a white and green background and below is a green band outlined in gold with word "EMERALD" in large white font.
