Environmental permitting, consulting on environmental regulatory matters, and assessment including conducting fieldwork and surveys, engaging with government agencies, leading regulatory processes, and developing permits for plans that impact natural and cultural resources in the environment; defining and evaluating alternatives, critically assess potential project impacts, and identify and develop design modifications and/or mitigation measures for wetlands and water resources, natural resources, cultural resources, land use, traffic, parking, and pedestrian and bicycling consideration; incorporating and utilizing environmental science and knowledge of sensitive environmental resources and anticipating compliance issues for integrating in transportation planning and construction projects
