| Gin Class 033 Class 033 Wines and Spirits Products The mark consists of a wine label. The entire label is surrounded by an exterior border of stylized stonework. At the top of the label is an ornamental vine and leaf design, combined with stylized scrollwork. Within the exterior border the sides of the label contain an interior border of shaded and non-shaded alternating triangles. The wording "PORTOBELLO" is depicted at the top of the label directly below the vine and leaf design, in large stylized font arced across the top, with "ROAD" depicted in the same font horizontally and directly below. "ROAD" is flanked by ornamental designs. In the center of the label is a stylized lion. The lion is surrounded by a two-lined circle. Across the circle and the lion is a dark banner depicting the wording "LONDON DRY". Flanking the circle is the term "No." on the left and "171" on the right in large, stylized font. The circle sits upon a bed of ornamental vines. Directly below the circle and ornamental vines is a banner running horizontally across the label, consisting of two lines at the top of the banner. The word "GIN" appear in the center of the banner in large, stylized font, light on a dark background. Flanking "GIN" are convex, oval-like semicircles arcing away fom "GIN". The semicircle-oval shapes are filled in with darker shading. Flanking the semi-circles on the far left and far right are complex ornamental shapes forming the edge of the banner, (from top to bottom) of a horizontal line, small ornamental shapes running horizontally across, a second horizontal line, large ornamental shapes, a third horizontal line, small ornamental shapes running horizontally across, and a fourth horizontal line. Below the "GIN" and forming the bottom of the banner are a series of ornamental shapes. Below the banner on the left and right are starburst shapes. Directly below the banner reads "DISTILLED AND BOTTLED IN" in small font, and directly below that reads "LONDON, ENGLAND" in large font flanked by parallel horizontal lines. At the bottom of the label is another horizontal banner consisting of ornamental shapes, and in the center of the banner is a depiction of shapes evoking the British flag, surrounded by a circle, with negative space between the sides of the circle and the remainder of the banner. | |
