This white mark has a vertical white rectangle in the center with the two other white rectangles intersecting it at equal intervals. Inside this white interior is a green snake with a red tongue sticking out on the left side of his mouth (from the veiwer's perspective). The snake is wrapped around a light blue pole that comes to a point at the lower end. This point extends below the outline of the Q.
