In the center of the mark is a single black circle containing a black outlined triangle in the upper portion, a black horizontal line immediately below, and two vertical black lines that touch the bottom of the circle; together, the triangle and below horizontal and vertical lines form an upward arrow design. There are two black and white ying yang signs contained in the arrow.
