Providing a platform as a service (PAAS) featuring digital computer software platforms to merchants, dealerships, and manufacturers of vehicles, namely, motor vehicles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, planes, and power sports vehicles in the nature of ATV's, side-by-sides motor vehicles, motocross motorcycles, and personal watercrafts, to allow customers to browse, sort, filter and view vehicle inventory based on their attributes; Providing a platform as a service (PAAS) featuring digital computer software platforms to merchants, dealerships, and manufacturers of vehicles, namely, motor vehicles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, planes, and power sports vehicles in the nature of ATV's, side-by-sides motor vehicles, motocross motorcycles, and personal watercrafts, to allow customers to evaluate payment scenarios in advance of engaging in a purchase and lease transaction based on a given vehicle's price, including any applicable rebates, discounts, taxes, and fees, as adjusted by the customer's inputs with respect to any down payment, length of loan and lease term, allowable mileage, credit score, and any applicable interest rate; Providing a platform as a service (PAAS) featuring digital computer software platforms to merchants, dealerships, and manufacturers of vehicles, namely, motor vehicles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, planes, and power sports vehicles in the nature of ATV's, side-by-sides motor vehicles, motocross motorcycles, and personal watercrafts, to allow for the purchase and lease of a vehicle by a customer and allow for the ability to (i) negotiate the final price, (ii) browse and add additional equipment, warranties, accessories, and protection plans, (iii) apply for and receive financing from a banking institution, (iv) trade-in an existing vehicle, (v) generate all documents necessary to complete the purchase and lease transaction, and (vi) arrange the pickup and delivery of the purchased and leased vehicle and any trade-in vehicle; Providing a platform as a service (PAAS) featuring digital computer software platforms to merchants, dealerships, and manufacturers of vehicles, namely, motor vehicles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, planes, and power sports vehicles in the nature of ATV's, side-by-sides motor vehicles, motocross motorcycles, and personal watercrafts, to allow for communications with customers and allow for the ability to (i) schedule service and maintenance appointments, (ii) offer additional related services and products for sale, (iii) allow the customer to rent the customer's vehicle to third parties, (iv) allow the customer to rent a vehicle from a third party, (v) trade in the customer's vehicle towards the purchase and lease of a different vehicle, (vi) purchase and lease a different vehicle, (vii) transmit usage and driving data from a customer's vehicle, (viii) allow the customer's vehicle to transmit data to the digital platform, and (ix) allow communications to be sent to a customer's smartphone, tablet and other connected device, namely, computers; Providing a platform as a service (PAAS) featuring digital computer software platforms to merchants, dealerships, and manufacturers of vehicles, namely, motor vehicles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, planes, and power sports vehicles in the nature of ATV's, side-by-sides motor vehicles, motocross motorcycles, and personal watercrafts, to allow for the collection and analysis of data resulting from purchase and lease transactions with customers including specific transaction-level detail as well as overall trends and aggregated and sortable metrics related to a customizable group or series of transactions; Providing a platform as a service (PAAS) featuring digital computer software platforms to merchants, dealerships, and manufacturers of vehicles, namely, motor vehicles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, planes, and power sports vehicles in the nature of ATV's, side-by-sides motor vehicles, motocross motorcycles, and personal watercrafts, to allow for the management, settings adjustment, and amendment of content of the customer-facing portion of the digital software platform; Consulting services related to the implementation of a digital software platform for merchants, dealerships, and manufacturers of vehicles, namely, motor vehicles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, planes, and power sports in the nature of ATV's, side-by-sides motor vehicles, motocross motorcycles, and personal watercrafts
