The mark consists of a design of a circle containing a caricature of a duck wearing sunglasses and a backwards baseball hat with the letters "SD" in the middle. The duck's bill is animated to appear as if the lower portion of the bill is a human lip. The letters "SUP" are centered above the design of the duck and the letters "DUCK" are centered below the design of the duck.

The mark consists of an oval border containing an upper banner, middle banner and lower banner. Within the middle banner the words, "COZUMEL RUM COMPANY" in the font known as pieces of eight are written. Below the middle banner and centered is an image of a Mayan pyramid. The lower banner contains two additional Mayan symbols on either side of the words, "Cozumel, Mexico". The first of these two symbols is a horizontal oval with a small circle centered on top of the oval. The oval itself has a line dividing the inside, horizontally, with three, equidistance vertical lines from the top of the oval to the center dividing line. The second symbol consists of three equidistance horizontal lines with three small circles on top of the lines.
