Arranging, organizing, conducting and hosting social entertainment events for occupants of the same residential building for the purpose of showcasing the available amenities and enhancing the residential community; organizing entertainment events, namely, live musical concerts, live stand-up comedy performances, fashion shows, chocolate tasting events, exclusive motion picture screenings, food and wine tastings, and previews of museums and theatrical productions for occupants of the same residential building for the purpose of showcasing the available amenities and enhancing the residential community; conducting educational events, namely, lectures concerning business issues, real estate issues, art and nutritional issues for occupants of the same residential building for the purpose of showcasing the available amenities and enhancing the residential community; organizing, arranging and conducting sporting events, namely, golf outings, football games, baseball games, ski-conditioning classes, dance classes, golf-conditioning classes and fitness classes for occupants of the same residential building for the purpose of showcasing the available amenities and enhancing the residential community; organization of cultural shows for occupants of the same residential building for the purpose of showcasing the available amenities and enhancing the residential community
