At Total Nutrition and Therapeutics we have the privilege of working directly with our clients to determine the "root causes" of health conditions or symptoms they are experiencing and develop health/wellness plans directed at "correcting the dysfunction" rather than correcting the labs w/ drugs or medications. Our approach here at TNT is centered on correcting their food first, supplying them with the tools and resources to know exactly how and what to eat, filling in the discovered nutritional gaps with supplements while healing and following their biomarkers (found in detailed labs) to watch the bodies responses to these changes. In order to create sustainable change, our clients are teamed up with health coaches who teach them the life skills and hands on valuable lessons that decrease frustration and ensure success
