Education services, namely, providing courses of instruction at the undergraduate level; organizing and conducting sports competitions and events, namely, a varsity level ski team [ and intermural and public soccer events ] ; providing educational and academic counseling to assist students in planning and preparing for further education, career planning, and educational and academic placement and testing services; coordinating educational apprenticeships and conducting classes, programs, and seminars in the fields of arts and sciences, outdoor recreation leadership, natural resource management, ski area operations, outdoor education, resort management, graphic design, photography, computers, law enforcement, emergency medical services, [ executive education, ] marketing, business development, nursing, veterinary technology, teaching, [ graphic design, ] real estate, marketing and operations of ski and snowboard businesses, and occupational programs in the fields of [ electrical, plumbing, and ] heating and air conditioning operations; conducting custom business training; and providing entertainment in the nature of live [ choral and ] instrumental concerts and conference services
