Children's Medical Ventures products comprise a suite of devices and materials to comfort, protect, and position an infant during various stages and circumstances in hospital, clinical, or medical settings. Several of these aides are the subject of registered trademarks assigned to applicant and are identified below. Children's Medical Ventur products include infant positioning aides to provide flexible yet stable support to increase comfort and psychological stability for infant patients. One product trademarked Gel-E-Donuts is a gel to support the infant's head. A gel pillow and a gel mattress each trademarked Squishon support and cradle the infant's head, body or limbs. The aide trademarked SnuggleUp provides proper positioning and physiological stability for infant patients. The product denoted Better Bendy Bumper is in the form of a C-shaped cushion which promotes containment and provides a reflex stimulus for limb extension and flexion. The Frederick T.
