Providing technology consultation and management services with respect to information technology, namely, researching, designing, planning, integrating, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining computer software for essential core Enterprise Resource Planning functionality, based upon an accelerated delivery time frame; researching, designing, planning, integrating, implementing and maintaining computer software for essential core Business Intelligence functionality, to assist clients in leveraging their data to gain strategic advantages and improve efficiency in areas which may include institutional decision making, operations, and strategic planning, with a goal of improving internal processes and achievement; planning electronic communications networks, designing computer hardware, providing technical configuration of computer hardware and software, implementing computer hardware and software, integrating computer systems, and providing technical support operational monitoring in the nature of the monitoring of network systems; providing technology consultation and management services with respect to telecommunications infrastructure, namely, planning electronic communications networks, designing telecommunication hardware, and consulting in the field of telecommunications technology; providing technology consultation and management services with respect to databases, namely, designing and maintaining on-line databases; providing technology consultation and management services with respect to enterprise software applications, namely, designing, implementing, and maintaining computer software, and providing computer operational monitoring service that tracks application software performance, performs periodic maintenance and provides reports and alerts concerning such performance; researching, designing, planning, integrating, implementing and maintaining computer software for essential core Enterprise Content Management functionality, to assist clients in capturing and maintaining documents electronically integrated into the client's enterprise software to satisfy regulatory document retention requirements and improve efficiency and lessen environmental impact
