BizSimz is a product line of flexible, highly customized training programs that focus on people working together in an organization to more effectively meet their goals; BizSimz business simulations are not role-plays or team games, but actually miniature businesses that involve the same kinds of tasks that any organization is required to perform; Each simulation, called an Operation, is configured to meet the training goals of the organization, whether that is to enhance teamwork, management techniques, negotiation, communication or other critical interpersonal skills required; One of the most challenging aspects of any kind of training is to develop enough interest among participants to motivate them to really learn; Without strong interest, return on training is poor no matter how important the subject; With BizSimz, The Gabriel Institute meets that challenge; Participants become totally engrossed in the activity to the point that they are no longer defensive but motivated to master the tasks set for them; Often it is not until after they are finished (and practically forced to stop work) that they discover what they have learned and see how it is immediately applicable to their own job within their own organization; Like all TGI training programs, BizSimz programs, such as Operation-- Driver's Seat and Operation-- Time Lord are individually customized to the needs of the specific organization; They are designed to support real learning, the best way it happens in the real world-- by making mistakes and learning from them; The difference is that in the real world, mistakes are costly and can end a career or even a company; With BizSimz the experiences that promote the achievement of excellence can be made harmlessly and safely under the guidance of expert coaches
