Providing to consumers, including trustees, executors, personal representatives and responsible family members non-medical assistance in the nature of notification services and assistance with administrative tasks in the nature of obtaining death certificates, contacting of utility services including water, gas, electricity, cable, telephone, internet and cell phone companies to change the account name or close accounts of decedents, contacting and notifying State and local welfare and social services agencies to advise death of decedents including the Social Security Administration, Department of Motor Vehicles, credit reporting agencies, credit card companies; Providing consumers named as personal representatives executors or trustees of a decedent with assistance in the nature of contacting and notifying contact decedent's property maintenance vendors, banks and other financial institutions; Providing consumers named as personal representatives, executors of a decedent's will or trustees of a decedent's trust assistance in the nature of closing or changing the name on third-party vendor or service provider accounts of the deceased; credit monitoring and management services of the deceased not for business purposes, identity theft services including a credit report review of the deceased; providing advice to implement protective measures to avoid identity theft of the deceased for personal protection purposes; Providing consumers named as personal representatives, executors or trustees of a decedent's trust non-medical assistance in the nature of responding to claims by creditors, reporting or assistance with the reporting of fraudulent activity to the local authorities, reporting or assisting with the reporting of fraudulent activity to the creditors, notification or assistance in reporting to fraud department of creditors, contacting credit reporting agencies to suppress credit reports, all in relation to the deceased; providing non-medical personal assistance with cancellation of credit cards of the deceased; providing non-medical personal assistance to help shut down the social media accounts of the deceased
