Eliza is an Intellectual Property and Commercial solicitor, based in London, specializing in EU and UK trademark protection. I have extensive experience in foreign filing of trademark and patent applications. Working with clients from across the world, I have assisted a wide variety of businesses from individuals to large multinational enterprises to build their legal strategy and successfully protect their valuable intellectual property assets. Besides developing and protecting my clients’ brands and ideas, I also provide consultancy services in both commercial and corporate law.Eliza has graduated with her LL.B from the University of Law, London (Hons) and has a Masters in Law from the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski, Warsaw, Poland (Hons). In recognition of her academic achievements she had been sponsored a semester at the Technical University, Dresden, Germany to gain further expertise in EU and German law. She is currently a member of the SRA and is authorised to act in English and Welsh senior courts as well as in front of the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and European Union Trademark and Design Office (OHIM – Office of Harmonization for Internal Market). She is also a Patent and Trademark Attorney qualified to represent before Polish Patent Office, courts and authorities.
