Applicant asserts that colors are a feature of the above-identified trademark shown in the accompanying drawing; namely, vertical lining on the drawing designates burgundy color and horizontal lining designates gold color. However, certain areas of the drawing are too small to allow a clear indication of lining. Accordingly, Applicant hereby states that the background of the drawing depicting the mark is intended to be shown in burgundy, while the remainder of the drawing (namely, the emblem located on the top half of the drawing; the two concentric polygonal portions surrounding the drawing which are not lined for burgundy; and, every word and number included in the drawing) is intended to be shown in gold.
