THE 90/90/90 SCHOOLS STUDY WAS THE RESULT OF FOUR YEARS RESEARCH (1995-1998) CONDUCTED AT THE LEADERSHIP AND LEARNING CENTER (THEN THE CENTER FOR PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT).
