The bottom edge of the label is deckled. There are four borders across the bottom of the label. The one at the bottom edge, which is moderately wide, is cream colored. The one above that, which is wider than the bottom border, is red. The one above that, which is much narrower, is cream colored. The one above that, which is the narrowest of all, is beige. Above the borders, the trapezoid is divided into three sections by vertical red lines that extend from just above the uppermost border on the bottom of the label to nearly the top of the label; however, the vertical lines do not extend all the way either to the bottom border or the top edge. The left and the right sections of this part of the label each comprise about one-fifth of the width of the label. The center section comprises about three-fifths of the width of the label. In the center section, at the top, is the word "REDBREAST" in large red lettering, with partial shading in beige creating the impression that the letters are three-dimensional. The letters in "REDBREAST" are arranged in the shape of an arch that is highest in the middle. Below the word "REDBREAST" is an oval-shaped engraved-looking image in red and beige on a cream-colored background of three pot stills, with a large central still and two other stills partially obscured behind it to the left and the right. Below that are the words "SINGLE POT STILL" in black, inside a wide, thin rectangle with three narrow borders that are, from outermost to innermost, beige-colored, cream-colored, and beige-colored. Below that, in beige lettering, are the words "IRISH WHISKEY". Below that, close to the bottom borders is a black horizontal line that extends across the middle of the center section with a wide margin on each side. Below that is the wording "MATURED IN THE FINEST Oak CASKS" in black lettering, with the word "Oak" in script. Below that is the wording "IRISH DISTILLERS, MIDLETON DISTILLERY, MIDLETON, CO. CORK" in black lettering. In the left portion of the label, oriented sideways or perpendicular to the bottom borders and with the beginning of the wording closest to the center section of the label, are the words, "Unique among whiskeys. Redbreast 12 is a Single POT STILL Irish Whiskey comprising exclusively of pot still whiskeys which have been triple distilled and matured in oak casks for not less than 12 years." All of this lettering is in script, with the exception of "POT STILL" which is in serif all caps lettering, and all of the lettering is in black. In the right portion of the label, oriented sideways or perpendicular to the bottom border and with the beginning of the wording closest to the center portion of the label, are the words "An uncompromising dedication to quality and to the enduring tradition of Irish POT STILL whiskey is the hallmark of Redbreast." All of this lettering is in script, with the exception of "POT STILL" which is in serif all-caps lettering, and all of the lettering is in black. The entire background of the label is cream-colored. | | | PRODUCT OF SCOTLAND CHEQUERS BLENDED SCOTCH WHISKY THE MCEWAN DISTILLERY, BY ELGIN IN MORAYSHIRE, NORTH HIGHLANDS, EST. 1821 WHERE IS BORN AND AGED THE UNIQUE HEART WHISKY OF CHEQUERS.
