The mark consists of a circle containing a key design with a flame on top with heraldic banners containing the words "LEADERSHIP", "ACADEMICS", and "SERVICE". The letters "G" and "K" are on either side of the key and "GOLDEN KEY INTERNATIONAL HONOUR SOCIETY" is written around the inside of the circle. The year "1977" is inside the circle at the bottom.
