The letters "NEO" are capitalized and appear in white to the right of the running figure.  The phrase "SMART SOLUTIONS FOR CREDIT UNIONS" appears in white underneath the word "NEO". To the left of the top of the white circle are two sets of three white lines.  In the first set, the longer line appears on top, the second longest appears in the middle and the shortest white line being on the bottom.
