The mark consists of a stylized crest, centered within which is a stylized letter "Z" overlaying a stylized scepter. Centered beneath the crest design are the terms "ZINO" in a stylized font, beneath with is centered "ZINO PLATINUM", beneath which is centered "SCEPTER SERIES".

In the Statement, line 5, "1-28-2011" should be deleted, and, "11-0-2002" should be inserted.
