The view of the giraffe and hippo behind the letter shape windows are a miniaturized shot of the exact larger scene depicted of the hippo and giraffe under the earlier mention red half and black half of the adjoining arches on the surface of the mark. On the mark's first layer, just below the smaller rectangle with the verbiage "IIWP", at the very bottom of the bowl portion of the of the U shape made by the two adjoining arches is the verbiage written in a wave pattern and gradient colors red, white and blue, "A game of Politics". The said rectangles are framed in white and have backgrounds which are vertically gradient colored with red at the top, white in the middle and blue at the bottom. Centered in the middle of the top rectangle is the verbiage "R", written in red. Centered in the middle of the bottom of the said rectangle is the verbiage "MF", written in red.
