The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising packaging for the goods, namely, a three dimensional configuration of a box. The box has six faces, namely, a front, a back, a first side, a second side, a top, and a bottom. Broken lines depicting the edges and shape of the box, as well as a rounded rectangular cut-out for a handle, and a handle on the top of the box indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. An exterior surface of the box is a blue color with a plurality of darker blue irregularly colored areas across portions of the exterior surface along the edges of the box simulating dirt or wear marks on the exterior surface. On the top of the box, a pair of largely circular brown rings and irregularly shaped brown marks are on a right side of the top.
