Provision of youth development programme including education and training on an international basis for young people in community service activities including community service projects, conservation work, voluntary service in hospitals and community homes, lifesaving, first aid, rescue services, fundraising for charity; education and training on an international basis for young people in outdoor expeditions and explorations including safety requirements, campcraft, navigation and route planning, expedition equipment handling, emergency procedures, outdoor cooking, the Country Code; organizing, arranging and conducting outdoor expeditions and explorations; education and training on an international basis for young people in practical skills including arts and crafts skills, carpentry, communications, chess, computing skills, entrepreneurial skills, music, photography, agriculture; education and training on an international basis for young people in physical recreation activities and sports; encouraging participation in, and organisation of residential projects.
