Educational and instructional services, namely, providing the general public (bystanders) with information and educational training in the field of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, use of an automatic external defibrillator and use of 911 emergency response; providing the public with information concerning bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation via a global computer network and by way of mobile applications; informational services namely, offering advice to consumers by radio, television, print and by way of the Internet relating to how the general public (bystanders) can help to save lives and respond to cardiac health emergencies effectively.
