(1) Educational services, namely, programs, events, seminars, conferences, workshops, classes and training sessions in using skiing to practice the field of mountain mindfulness, self-awareness, resilience, mental health, work-life balance, well-being, meditation and improvements in communication and relationships with self and others, (2) Certification process in the field of mountain mindfulness to individuals and groups using skiing to teach strategies for well-being, resilience and stress reduction.
