It is currently registered as my trade name with both the Provincial and federal governments as 'Limestone City Tattoo'. To protect my companies reputation built up over years of dedication and hard work, I believe it is important for my business name to be protected in an industry where many people work from home under others reputations just by cut and pasting images from the internet to their site and taking credit.
