Emergency response services supporting firefighting activities using Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technologies from mobile telephony devices interfaced with personal computer systems to enable firefighters to respond to emergency activities by pinpointing their exact locations and calculating estimated times to arrive at a fire station or report directly to the scene of an emergency, thereby, allow for the fastest possible decisions for deployment of resources (or requests for additional backup resources) to respond to an incident. Additional mobile telephony app features allow for real-time text notification and communications between firefighters including updates of responding personnel and text broadcasts of precise driving directions to the scene of an emergency.
