Providing educational training, at a variety of levels including high school graduates, university graduates and mid-career professionals, in entrepreneurial skills, information technology, international business and organizational management namely business administration, general marketing, financial, establishment of new businesses and growth of existing businesses and conducting research to prepare participants for entrepreneurial, knowledge-based careers in the information age; arranging and facilitating international exchanges; organizing and conducting conferences, seminars and other meetings concerning entrepreneurship, knowledge-based work, technology, training and global issues.
