(3) Application for trademark Registration DAVID PAUL MACLUCAS in this application, as per the Trade-marks Act (R.S.C., 1985, c, T-13) this said trademark is a name created by the author and owner David Paul, Mac Lucas and is under copyright protection that is used in commerce, David Paul, Mac Lucas declares that he is the applicant and Attorney-in Fact to the legal entity under the trade name of DAVID PAUL MACLUCAS is authorized to make this declaration, and to this best of his knowledge and belief no other person, firm, trading corporation or association has the right to use the said mark in commerce, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance thereto as may be likely, when applied to the goods and services of such other person, to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive; that all statements made herein of his own knowledge are true and that all statements on information and belief are believed to be true. The applicant has claimed the legal and equitable titles, right and beneficial interest to the Trademark Name by ownership and authorship of the copyrights of all derivations of the NAME by Doctrine of Merger.
