Educational services, namely, organizing and holding conferences, seminars and workshops on post-secondary education, developing and offering professional development programs for association members.

Personal & Legal & Social Services
Promotional services, namely, raising public awareness and promoting post-secondary education and research, the post-secondary teaching profession, and the welfare of association members and others through publishing and distributing publications, bulletins and information materials internally to its members, conducting ongoing media relations, publishing news releases, creating and distributing opinions and letters to the media, holding news conferences, publishing and distributing pamphlets and handouts, verbal and written communications with outside groups, agencies and organizations, namely the Government, the University of Alberta, interest groups, unions, the public, the media and interested parties, conducting and distributing materials for conferences, meetings, receptions and provincial and community events, arranging and conducting public relations campaigns through radio, print, television and billboard advertising.
