Realtor Services (a)The services are performed by a defined class of persons, namely, selected licensees of the owner of the certification mark; (b)Each licensee, in the performance of the services, abides by a code of ethics established by the owner of the certification mark. (c) The owner of the certification mark must approve all specimens of any advertised material prepared by the licensee to ensure consistent quality and use of the certification mark.
