The Translation Industry PRo Manager is Parenty Reitmeier's proprietary online tool for our clients. It is user-friendly and features the following four functions: PRo Project, PRo Editor, PRo Quote and PRo Archive.

PRo Editor allows clients to review their translation projects while in progress. Clients are able to view segments of the source text next to the corresponding segment of the target text; and submit their comments and/or suggestions to Parenty Reitmeier. We then apply these suggestions to this client's translation projects and keep a record of their preferences for future translations. This is used especially when starting relationships with new clients. PRo Project is a portal accessed by our clients that wish to view the information of their past and present translation projects. The information includes project name, number and status, source and target languages, project due date, delivery date and invoiced amount. PRo Quote is a tool where our clients are able to request quotes, view and accept or reject pending quotes. They are also able to view the date quote requests are received by Parenty Reitmeier and which date the pricing was sent to them. PRo Archive is a tool where clients are able to view print-ready PDFs of their completed translation projects.
