Runner's Yoga is an integrated training system that includes a program of instructor-led Runner's Yoga classes and workshops, as well as audio/video materials and training tools used to help runners, walkers and tri-athletes overcome and prevent injury. It is also designed to enhance the athletic performance of runners, tri-athletes and other athletes who use running in their training. Runner's Yoga also includes a 30-minute Runner's Yoga instructional CD that features a series of yoga postures with audio instructions coordinated with a breathing technique done to an audio beat and chimes at 60 beats per minute.
