The applicant's home inspectors provide service to Canadians from coast to coast. Training and education have always been a priority for the applicant as well as national standards which provide protection for the public. The National Certification Authority has reviewed and accredited the training provided by the applicant and has recognized the applicant as providing all the academic and practical hours required by the Authority for an individual to achieve their National Certificate as a home inspector in Canada. The applicant remains the only training provider in Canada to be accredited for all of the required academic and practical training hours for National Certification. The applicant requires a designation that is easily recognized by the public and is associated with the distinctive training that the applicant's inspectors have received. The trade-mark being applied for was chosen so that it would not be confused with the trade-marks and official marks already in use.
