Provision of payment for medically related services incurred in the province of residence, namely: ambulance; air ambulance; private and semi-private hospital ward accommodation; private duty nursing; accidental injury to teeth; health practitioners, namely chiropractors, physiotherapists, chiropodists, psychologists, massage therapists; referrals to health providers in Canada outside the province of residence; vision care, namely eye examinations and eyeglasses; dental services; provision of payment for medically related expenses incurred in the province of residence for breast prostheses, wheelchairs, adjustable beds, crutches, walkers, plastic and fiberglass casts, artificial eyes, artificial larynxes, diabetic supplies and equipment, ostomy supplies, oxygen equipment, hearing aids, therapeutic shoes, blood pressure monitors, prescription drugs; administration of pre-paid health care plans for others; provision of payment for medically related expenses incurred outside the province of residence and out of Canada while travelling, namely, hospitalization, accident injury to teeth, prescription drugs, return of remains, traveler's assistance; medical and surgical expenses, namely, emergency services of physicians or surgeons; health practitioners' services, namely, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists, chiropodists, private duty nursing; life insurance, dependent life Insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, traditional critical illness and high severity critical illness insurance and second medical opinion insurance.
