Fonds de revenu diversifié Sentry Select (the 'Fund') is a closed-end investment trust established under the laws of Ontario. The investment objective of the Fund is to maximize monthly distributions primarily through investments in high income securities many of which are tax-advantaged sources of income, including without limitation, securities issued by royalty trusts, income trusts/funds, real estate investment trusts and limited partnerships. To a lesser extent, the Fund may also hold fixed income securities which are generally considered to be high-yield such as bonds, preferred shares, convertible securities, asset backed securities and various debt-like securities. The Fund may also purchase high-yielding common stocks.
